It may or may not be, depends on if you are making last minute reservations, or well in advance. May of the restaurants are able to put tables together to accomodate your party size, with advance notice of course.
Dont think so Tim. Miffy2003 (Karen) made a booking for 11 of us at the Rose n Crown last December without any problems (though in the end we were only 9!). They just shoved a couple of tables together. Just be a little flexible with your dining time and you should be fine!
I made two ADRs yesterday at my 90 day window (dinner Calif. Grill and Kona) and for both, I was told that my party of 9 would be at separate tables although we could ask when we arrived at the restaurants about being together. They said their largest tables accommodated 12 but they were all booked by the time I called (!). Many folks on this board have indicated that despite what the CMs say about being split up, the reality is that they were often (not always) successful in keeping their group together for meals. I am just planning to get there early, plead my case, pass the time in the bar with my friends, and hope for the best!
