I am sure this had been asked many times before but I can't find it. Can you make ADR's without your package booked yet? Does it make a difference to book them without the package booked yet? Thank you for your help!

The only differences if your package isn't booked yet are you can not do the +10 if you are at the 180 day mark and if a Credit Card is required to secure the reservation, you have to pay up front. If your package is booked and you have a confirmation #, your CC is only used as a guarantee.
