Can you get the CAA discount at all the counter service restaurants including 3 Broomsticks?

I believe you can. I definitely know that the Hogs Head takes it and I'm pretty sure I remember using it at the Three Broomsticks as well.

Yes. Only the carts don't take it.

Damo - is it only the food carts that don't take it? Because I was able to use it to buy a keychain at the cart right outside of Filch's Emporium.

some carts do accept aaa/caa

the soda/drink carts usually do not.
