Anolon advanced cookware

I recieved a set for Christmas....now tell me how to care for it please! It says not to use the dishwasher, so how do you clean yours? any other tips for cooking etc?

I have some Analon from several years ago-I think it is their professional line. I LOVE it. I like it much better then the few Calpholon pieces I have. I just wash mine in soap and water. I have glass lids and I do put those in the dishwasher though.
