When does Disney increase rates(room, tickets etc)

Rumor has it June of this year. Not sure but what I heard on the news. Sometimes they do it in August MHO

Again!! I believe the ticket prices are high enough for awhile.

Package prices and increases for the following year are typically announced in August, but last year they did it in June. Ticket prices will increase at the time of the announcement (or whatever "effective date" the announcement states), but the new room rates will not take effect until Jan. 1. At least, that is how I understand it to be. I'm sure if I'm wrong, someone will correct me.
