Help! I have been trying to get a "deal" on tix. and I thought I found a great bargain with the non-winning FL lottery ticket offer, but I read in one of the other threads that the offer is only available to certain states' residents. However, the site does not indicate that (shown below):

Universal Orlando's 2-Park Annual Preferred Pass and 2-Park Annual Power Pass
Do More. Do it often.

Purchase online at Universal's Online Ticket Booth

LIMITED TIME OFFER - Buy a 2-Park Annual Preferred Pass and receive a 2nd Year Free* with a non-winning Florida Lottery Universal Rules Scratch-off Ticket! Redeem Online.
* If you have purchased a discounted 2-Park Preferred Annual Pass and have not yet redeemed, you must pay an upgrade charge.

So, does anyone know if this offer is available to any folks? And, while I have your attention does anyone have a non-winning FL ticket number that they could share with me? TIA!

Actually, I have 2 non-winning Universal Rules lottery tickets. I was going to save them for a DIS'er, but she ended up breaking my heart. :( If you want them, please PM or e-mail me your address.

Thank you for the link, Barry Horn. I have been surfing several sites for a few hours today and none of them indicated the facts, but when I used the link you noted, I found: A valid Florida, Georgia or Alabama driver's license or utility bill must be presented along with the non-winning UNIVERSAL Rules Scratch-Off ticket. It is odd that the information was not noted on the Universal ticket site. What a waste of time! Oh, well . . .

He's right, went thru the same thing and won.
If you know a friend down here who has a FL license, you can do it.
Dad lives in St. Louis, comes down often.
Went up to the ticket window in front of IOA. Gave them the losing lottery ticket, and showed them my FL license and they sold me the pass. She didn't ask any questions, just took the lottery ticket, glanced at my license, and told us the price.
My dad even paid with his credit card. Then we entered the park, and went to the AP processing room where they take pictures. No problem here, he got his pass.
Technically, we didn't do anything wrong. I bought the ticket for my dad. Doesn't say anything about that on the web site. A loop hole if you will. They don't ask who the ticket is for. With all the confusion about tickets and days that expire, it's worth a try to get a break.
