Looking like this year is going to be quick and easy with only 14 Adults and 4 Children signed up....


If numbers don't pick up, it might be only 2 envelopes for everyone, as there won't be enough names for those who want more.


So, come on folks... this is so inex*****ve and fun... you get a taste of where someone else lives without having to pay out mega bucks. What's a few postcards, an envelope and a stamp? That's all it is... not extras... just postcards.

Kinda makes one wonder if maybe there are just too many exchanges happening and people can't keep up or just can't afford to take part.

I think sometimes there may be to many going on at the same time.
Nancy noticed a big drop in attendance the past couple of exchanges, as opposed to just a few years ago, when there weren't as many going on at once.

There are a lot of exchanges going on. There should be some sort of "official" calendar of all the exchanges, so that there are never more than 2 exchanges at the same time


Oh, in case you have single men participating in the exchange, you can always give them my address, bwahahaha!

My daughter and I had participated last year, but we are not this year. I did notice that we had a bunch of old time exchangers that used to always participate in exchanges, but they are no longer posting on the boards or are very selective in their exchanges.

I can't afford to participate in any more exchanges.. not when everything I send is Intenational post, plus my own financial situation has changed quite a bit in recent times... as for posting on the boards...I'm home at the moment which is why I am running the postcards. It had to be timed for when I knew I could be here to keep up with it.

No I don't think she meant you. In general there seems to be a lot of original exchangers gone, but at least there are new ones taking their place.
