Annual Photo Connect-need a lanyard?

We bought the annual passholder photo connect card in March. At the time they gave us a lanyard with a card in it and were linking it to the passes. I know we used the lanyard most of the time as it was easier than pulling out the pass as well as there were delays and glitches when they would try and use the pass.

I cant find the lanyard anywhere and we are leaving Thur. Will they give me another?

I'm not sure what you mean by "linking it to the passes." What you will need is the "star card," which is the card with your Photo Connect QR code on it.

I don't know whether or not they'd give you another lanyard for free.... I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask, but you can always use any other lanyard, whether it's one you bring from home or one you purchase at the parks. What's important is that you've got the card with the QR code.

Right, I have lots of lanyards but I no longer have the card from the one given to us when bought. Will they give us another card?

The linking thing was TM's kept saying to just use one of the passes to scan at the photo spots.

I'd assume they will give you another card.... I'm not sure what information they'd use to pull up the account, but I'm sure if you stop in the Photo Connect store at the front of either park they'll be able to help you out!

We bought the annual pass photo connect yesterday. According to DH, they told him if he doesn't have the card that came in the lanyard he just needs to bring the cards he gets each time he takes a photo to one of the photo locations and they can add them to his account.
