Annual Passports

Hi I own a fantasy passport and am planning to buy the rest of my relations francillien passports but notice you can't use for two days after you buy them. I am due to go within the next month and wondered if I could buy them for them all when I am there then. What Id's/photos etc would I need for them as I remember they took our photos in person last time we were there.

Unfortunately you cant do this as each person needs to be there when getting an AP
