Annual passports question

Why do they make it so complicated????
So its difficult to do.

What I find amazing is that they expect you to be a family of 5 to get the family discount and yet when it comes to booking hotel rooms they hardly acknowledge that families of 5 or over exist.

I like the idea of haveing a thread for the parrinage so others can take advantage of the discount. I was looking for someone to offer this when I took mine out and couldn't find anyone.

Jill, we don't see any reason why we can't have a thread for this. If you would like to start it off, one of us will link it to the Useful Info Thread.

We just wish to point out that all deals are done at the individual's risk and that DISboards are not involved in these trades. Obviously it goes without saying not to post any personal info on here but to send it via PM.

I'd prefer to try and find some official Disney information, rules, etc. on the AP's beforehand, at the moment I'm still trying to find out how the whole thing works myself. I've ordered the AP brochure - so hopefully that will help unless anyone else is certain of the procedure for sponsorship.

Well I have sent dlp an email asking exactly how to go about sponsoring other passports all I have had back (twice) is information about the passports which i already knew.
So today i phoned them, they are not aware of any sponsoring of other passports (I think all they have done is read the benifits etc) as all they kept saying is I could get money off day passes!
If they can't tell me how to go about it or even know about it I'm not sure where else to go!!!

Will go and find the webpage (in french) and send it to them I think I'm sure this option does exist!

Yes I had found that page but I cant read french and as it's not in a format I can cut and paste to translate, I'm stuck!!!!

All I wanted was a bit more info in english before I get there!!!

When I phoned Disney UK, they transferred me to Paris and gave me the info I've posted above. The phone number they gave me (in case I got cut off) was 00 33 1 60 30 60 53. I spoke to a helpful lady who spoke very good english.

That sounds like you got CRM rather than the Annual Passport office

I have tried to phone the annual passport office a couple of times had to listen to a long message (none of which I understood!) then the phone gets cut off, so I may try once more after the weekend but I will start a thread about sponsoring other passports.
