Annual passport office

Hi All,

I have been tons of times but i am going with my sister and her family in august. Our flight doesnt arrive until 5:30 so im guessing the earliest we will make it to the park would be 7:30 - 8 pm. Im guessing the office will be closed at this time.

I already have an annual pass but my sister and her kids will need to buy one. Is there any way for her to do this on our first day?

I would do as suggested by @olafLover. Just to make sure, I would also check with Guest Services (outside Disneyland Park).
