Annual Passport Login Problem

Hi guys. I cant seem to log in to the disney AP website with my Dream Passport. The 'Adherent' printed on the bottom of my pass is too long to fit in the login space. Anybody else experienced any problems? I'm not sure how to get access to the site.

I don't get asked for my number when I login, just the password which is the same for everyone (mickey1929).
