Can I exchange the certificate at Epcot's International Gateway? We are headed to Epcot on our 1st day and staying at BWV. Thanks in advance!

Yes, your voucher may be exchanged at any Guest Services booth at WDW. They are found at every theme park and another at DD.

Actually (as I'm sure Doc knows) Epcot has three Guest Relations locations, one outside the main entrance on the right, one inside to the left of Spaceship Earth, and one at the International Gate, which is a great place to exchange your voucher as there's usually not much of a line. I did mine at 3:00 on a Saturday a couple weeks ago and had it all to myself.

I hear they are going to offer annual passes if you become a DVC member in California. Its not going to start till summer next year.

If you purchased your APs with the DVC discount, you may not be able to exchange them at the IG booth. We went to the TTC booths at MK to exchange our vouchers, and they told us they could not do the exchange because it was a DVC purchase. You had to go to a Guest Relations booth.

Ah! The good news is that the Ticket Booth is Guest Relations at the Int'l Gateway. We were able to do business there with no problem.
