Just back from a week at Beach Club (9-17 March)
If you are an annual passholder you need to get rid of that paper ticket! All the parks are about half complete with the installation of the new kiosks - meaning that if you want to get into the park with your old paper annual pass you will wait in a long line at the old turnstiles (always to the left) while the cast members at the new kisosks (always to the right) discuss Russian poetry - 'cause they're not doing anything else. The lines for EMH at the "old" turnstiles are just outrageous.
I did have one cast member tell me "You can change that ticket to RFID starting March 20th" (this will happen in Epcot at the Odyssey - between TT and Mexico) (when I asked him how that helped my current vacation he didn't have much to say)
The RFID payment system that goes with your room key worked less than half the time while I was in the parks - USUALLY the cast member can swipe the old-fashioned way - but on at least 2 occasions I was told - "sorry, cash only" (the carts selling drinks/ice cream). Heard "Sorry - I've rebooted 3 times already today" more than once (OK - more than 5 times). You and the cast member WILL be frustrated. Trust me - they don't like it any better than you do.

Negatives out of the way - weather was great - crowds were manageable and nearly everything is running.
The worst day on vacation is still better than the best day working!
