Annual Passholder website

Hi Folks,

I have an annual pass and I am having difficulties in accessing the annual passholders section on the Universal website. As you will all no doubt know the login requirements are card number and pin number. The problem is that the pin no. printed on my card is too big for the section on the website. Any ideas???

This happened to me a couple days ago but it worked fine yesterday (enough room for the pin number) so you may want to try again now and see if it works for you.
