Annual Passholder Room Only+Dining Question

Hi. I booked 2 nights at POP for a Thurs/Fri night before my free dining package starts. I added passholder dining. I only had to pay $173 of my $355 balance. Is that normal? I was thinking that I would have to pay the entire balance since I was making it a package.

I'm not complaining I'm just hoping that they won't cancel my reservation for non-payment. The CM said that the remaining balance was due at checkin.

That definitely isn't right. If you changed from room only to a passholder plus dine package, the balance will be due 45 days before check in. I would call back and check. It sounds like the CM make a mistake.

Agreed. When you add the dining it is due 45 days out even when you are an AP holder. Only a room only reservation can have the balance due at check-in.

If it's more than 45 days till arrival, you should have to pay a $200 deposit and pay the balance 45 days out. If it's less than 45 days till arrival, the entire package amount should have been paid upon booking.

Can you pull up your reservation online to see what their information shows? If not, call and see if another CM can help you.

I checked the email that I was sent. It shows that the total of the package is 355.76. Balance due: 06 Nov 2011. It does not reflect any payments.

I'm arriving in less than 45 days. Maybe they are giving me a courtesy hold (using the $173 that I paid earlier) as a deposit. haha.

I'll call tomorrow and pay off the balance.
