Last night I called to book a room for Oct 14. The person at the other end of the phone said that as of 2 weeks ago, they are no longer permitted to book rooms over the phone for pass holders. Can this be? I am aware of the best rates program. Even read Disney's info on its website about best rates. However, when I look at the passholder special offers, it still says to book online or call the pass holder phone #.
