I got through with the check-in with this link. However, I am eligible and it is telling me I am not.

Make sure first before going on that link that you are logged in already

Problem with logging in first and then waiting is anyone who spends any time on the site knows, the log in cookie has an expiration time and if you sit there too long, even logged in, it logs you out and makes you log back in again to do anything.
