once the link goes live (we don't know if it has yet) there will be a virtual queue which is why the page says not to refresh. It doesn't seem to be live yet since we haven't got any reports of people getting in. you could refresh or wait some more
Once it's your turn the page will refresh itself and take you to the registration page

I happen to be on the line with VIPassholder support to add magical express to my upcoming trip when this came through. He said nothing has been sent out. He has gotten calls about a link out there and said that is not the link bc nothing is live yet or has been sent out.

Whether that is the same link or not when it does go live is yet to be determined but despite rumors that someone already got in and secured a 9am reservation for the 21st is false.

I opened it on my phone and it started queuing, then I opened it on my desktop PC (both browsers signed into my disney account) and it went straight through, no wait, no refreshing

Thank you @yulilin3 this is the first time I am a passholder so this is all new! If I open the link on several different devices, will that help or hurt my chances?

I’ve got it open on my iPad and it seems to be auto refreshing itself. Leaving it alone for now till I hear different.
