Passes renewed and was told we could carry on using the current ones, but after getting off the phone thought that we have no confirmation that we have got the extra year paid, any ideas?

I renew mine via phone every year and have never had a problem. The next time you're at Universal, stop by Guest Services and have them check the expiration date.

It has never wanted to work for me just said pass not renewable to recently and then when I click on update details it just goes to the home page! Thanks for the suggestion though.
