I keep trying to get into the WDW passholder section on the website and it asks me for a number from the bottom right hand corner of my pass (on the back) There IS NO NUMBER!!! Is it a different number. Anyone know where I can find it???

Mine is on the back on the last line on the bottom. The number is right under the sentence that says "Valid through"
It looks like this (I changed the letters and numbers):

Valid through 12/01/04
ABC:123 12/01/03 15

The numbers bolded in this example are your numbers.

Now enter the number like this with no spaces:
ABC:12312/01/0315

If it is an activated pass, it is in the lower right and its both letters and numbers, something like 16 characters. It includes a date in it. I hope this helps.

Thanks so much. It would be nice if they let you know it included the date!

I have an activated Florida PAP and mine is not in the right hand corner but on the bottom of the card in the middle.

I keep trying this and it says number doesn't match their records. Anyone else have this problem?

I did have a problem until I read this thread...thanks! I called Disney to figure it out and they couldn't help me. You guys know more than they do! Make sure to enter all 18 characters with no spaces and hopefully it will work for you too. ::MinnieMo

Teri, I have this same problem with 3 of our 4 AP's. One AP number does work on the website though.

I think I know why those 3 don't work. I carried all the AP's for my family and never realized that there was a weak magnet in the snap of my purse. The magnet erased 3 of the AP's and they had to be replaced at guest services when they couldn't be read at the gates. The WDW passholder webiste does not recognize the numbers on those 3 replaced passes but does accept the number on the one AP that wasn't replaced. I'm just wondering if the new numbers weren't entered into some master system to make the replaced passes recognized on the website. The replacement passes work fine at the gate entrances though.

It took me a while to figure mine out - there is a black box next to the number and the first letter was printed in the black box and is very hard to see. You have to hold it just right and angle towards a light! Mine is also on the bottom of the card in the middle. (phamton -maybe the Florida passes are different because that's what I have)

Teri,
Are you sure you're not entering a "zero" as the letter O or vice versa? I had a hard time w/mine too.
