Annual Passholder discounts

I am considering buying an AP. I apologize if this question has been asked before but I haven't found it yet if it has. What type of discounts do you get for room, food, and shopping with the AP? Basically what are all the perks? I go at least once a year and am already looking at 2 trips for next year so I am considering the AP for next year. Thanks in advance for any info. you can provide me.
