Annual Passholder Discount Alamo

I see you can get annual passholder discount using ID 860292 on alamo site however I cant see where to input this code- i have tried as memebr number, company number or discount code nothing. We are Alamo insiders and I have tried using all codes on mousesavers and on here for rental collection pickups prior to 27 Aug or 31 Aug - I want to pick up on 26th yet non work they all say they will expire prior to collection. I am getting discount for being insider but want to get more if I can does anyone have suggestions?? I am renting from WDW on 26 Aug and dropping off Miami Airport on 17 Sept so a long rental so discount needed

Make the reservation online without siging into your Insider Account first. The code goes into "ID/Corp ID" -- I just tested it and it worked.

Thanks it worked but now I confused thought annual passholder discount was 20% and insider discount was 10%. When it used code it gave me same discount for either logged in and using insider gave me a cost of $675.02 and not logged in and using pass holder gave me the same cost???

I just had the same problem - no matter what I do, it keeps the 10% discount in. This even happened when it "asked" if it was "me" online and I said "no", thinking that it might start fresh. I never had this problem on National's site, for example, when I wanted to try other discounts other than Emerald Aisle. In the past - Alamo was also easy to swap out codes, IDs etc. Not so today. I would rather have my 20% passholder discount than the 10% Insider discount.

I totally agree that the Alamo site is glitchy.

I find that I need to clear my history and close the browser and start again so it does not think I am an Insider. Pain ni the neck, but eventually I get what I need/want.

Tried what you suggested I deleted all history and it still only gave me 10% ??? I going to try booking it on my dads computer in the morning.

I am trying to book a rental car now, and for example, it's giving me $39.57 as the daily rate for a compact car, AND the same price of $39.57 with the WDW Passholder discount!! Alamo is trying to tell me that is the special WDW price. Yeah, that doesn't make ANY sense at all. I was not logged in or anything. I'm so frustrated with this process. Argh.

There are some "blackout" dates -- ie -- you won't get a discount. Maybe that is your snag.

If it were me, I'd call Alamo -- their phone people are usually fairly helpful....said that realizing that I have not called them for a couple of years...
