Annual Passes

Hi all, quick question with regards to annual passes. I could have sworn I read somewhere that if you purchase a Universal/IOA annual pass you were eligible to use the fast pass system thats available to hotel guests ? Is this correct ?

The FOTL is only available to on-site hotel guests but you can get the free express passes out of the machines (they work like Disney fastpasses.)

Last month, AP holders were able to get 3 express passes at a time as a special perk for AP holders.
