My daughter and fiance have received their annual passes(before the new ones with the blackout dates) for their June 2016 wedding. They were going to activate them when we go for the planning session December 19-23. Will those dates be blacked out or are they okay since they had passes before the new blackout started?

The vouchers your daughter received will be exchangeable for Walt Disney World's Platinum Pass, which has no blockout dates. The new passes with blockout dates are only offered to Florida residents and, in the case of the Gold pass, Disney Vacation Club members.
