Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help me, i'm gonna be in Paris at the end of April and will(of course) be visiting Disney for a few days. Does anyone know anything about purchasing an annual pass? i think i remember sign up saying about upgrading your ticket to the pass while i was there over the new year? Any ideas?

Thanks

Neo

Hi,

Last August when I visited for the first time there were definately signs for upgrading day passes - 48 euro's each I think.

However you can buy Annual Passports in advance, without buying a day pass. Just call the Disney UK phone number - sorry don't have it to hand, but it's in the official brochure. Alternatively your travel agent would do it. My travel agent will do so, nearer when we go again in August, because you can only get the passes 30 days before you visit. Cost is £92 for fantasy and £128 for dream, adults and children. You will get a discount if you buy 5 within the same family.

Hope that helps.

I can't help with this queston- sorry! :confused3

See you VERY soon. :thumbsup2

Not a problem! looking forward to it! what day are you coming?

If you don't already have a park ticket to upgrade with, they will sell you a temporary annual pass at the gate which you then swop for a permanent one at the Annual Passport Bureau. Here is some info about the two types of passports you can have (one has blackout days, the other does not and gives a better discount for one day) although the prices are out of date. Here is a site giving the up-to-date prices.

I have one day left on my 3 day ticket from New year, so i would be hoping to upgrade that! i just remember seeing adverts on the way into the park advertising the upgrade

Just a note: The signs that are all over the resort and tell you you can upgrade your ticket to an AP mention a low price, BUT that is only when you live in one of the departments that is mentioned on the sign. If you don't live there, you have the choice between 2 other APs which are more expensive!

Normally you are only offered one day's discount when you upgrade to an annual passport and from memory I think this has to be done on the first day, which would mean loosing the remaining days on your package ticket.
The ticket has to be taken to the passport bureau which is inside the park.

The adverts as Sandra has said is for those who live within the zone of the park and requires proof of residence.

If your ticket was part of a package at new year I think it will be dated and not useable. :confused3 If not I think they will accept it as one day and use a third of the price paid against your annual pass. :cloud9:

Let us know how you do
