Annual Passes and Fast Pass Machines

Ok, this may be an odd question but do the fast pass machines accept annual passes? We upgraded to annual passes and tomorrow will be our first time using them. It seems like the passes are too big for the machines. I can still get the fast passes somehow can't I?
