What are the benefits for having an annual pass?

Do you get discounts on the resorts?

We have a UPH pass as part of our FTP for our stay at Ft.W cabins. Could we upgrade this to an annual pass?

I was thinking, if you use the annual pass this year and then again just as it's running out next year - it seems to be a good way to get to disney each year.

I am not sure you can upgrade the UHP on the FTP to an Annual Pass. I did upgrade a Lenght of Stay pass (the prior name for UHP) one time, but... who knows.

There MAY be discounts on resorts. I stress MAY since there are some people who are just up in arms over on the Resorts board that there are no AP discounts after 8/23. Lately AP discount rates have been released late which makes planning hard.

You get meal discounts at a lot of resort resturants and at the Epcot resturants (sit down only) for lunch Monday - Friday. If you stay offsite, you also get free parking which is nice.

It is a good deal if you know you will go for more than 8 to 10 days in a 365 day period.

UPH's purchased as part of a package such as yours with the FTP cannot be upgraded. Package components cannot be altered.

UPH's added to a room-only reservation or purchased at resort check in can be upgraded.
