Annual Pass?

Is the same price at the gate as it is on-line? We have two people in our group who say they're coming, but tend to back out at the last minute. I don't want to buy tickets for them ahead of time - - I've been stuck before.

I believe you can purchase from your phone while standing in front of the gates, and get the cheaper price. I would think there would be an online confirmation emailed to you that you could show to get in. Or charge the people who tend to flake the difference between the ahead of time price and the gate price.

Thanks everyone. I'll just wait until they get there then to buy their passes.

While I'd like to let them pay for themselves, it's our daughter and SIL and this is a family vacation and we're we covering the cost of the house and the tickets for everyone. Since they have to buy their own airfare I completely expect that we'll get a phone call the week before that they won't be coming because they can't afford the airfare (which right now is $88/pp roundtrip). Since we've been burned before, I've learned to not purchase their tickets until the very last minute.

One note to keep in mind about buying on your phone at the gate. They will send an email confirmation with the bar code to scan at the pick up kiosk but its not instant. A friend of mine had to wait 40 minutes for the email to come through. We left him at the entrance as punishment for being last minute to buy the ticket.

My plan is to buy all the tickets but theirs before we leave. Once we get there and they actually show up I'll buy their tickets, so they'll be purchased before we're in line - - although I wouldn't mind making them stand in line I'd be stuck with them and I want to ride the Mummy!
