Are there any discounts you get when you buy an annual pass? I don't mean the Florida resident discount on it or anything like that, but I mean do you get "coupons" or anything like that for being an annual pass holder?

I think the biggest discount that I use is the WDW Room only discount. It is often 30 - 40%... Not to shabby.

There are discounts on some restaurants. Not great but better than nothing. We never use those because we have Tables in Wonderland. TIW is one of the best discounts you can get with an AP. You pay $75 (I think) for the card and you get 20% off at almost all the sit down restaurants, including alcohol. We use that discount a lot.

Room discounts are around and they are usually pretty good. There has also been 10% off merchandise at gift shops. Again, not a great discount but better than nothing. I am not sure if that one is still in effect or not.

There are discounts on some recreational activities also. We don't really use those.

Often you can get a 10% discount on merchandise (20% with PAP) at a wide variety of locations. Also it is possible to get a 10% discount at certain restaurants during lunch. There is also the ability to get the Tables in Wonderland card which give a 20% discount on food and beverages (including alcoholic) at a very wide range of restaurants on WDW.

Seems like I recall getting a very large discount around Christmas time on merchandise. There are passholder discounts like 40% off or so around the holidays at all merchandise stores...only during a few week period or month period. I'm sure you could call the magic disney number to get the exact dates and discount.

there's also passholder exclusive merchandise. Mostly trading pins.

You can log into the Disney website to see if there's any special promotions for passholders.

Ohh and there's passholder previews as well when new rides open up. Those are cool perks.
