Annual Pass Transfer

Hi,

I'm not trying to circumvent Disney rules, but I have a question. Does Disney allow annual passes to be sold at well below Disney's asking price? I have an annual pass for a former family member, and I'd hate to let it go to waste. I'm sure there is probably some provision for resale or things like that, but has anyone here done this successfully? It has been activated and used, but it has a shelf like until January of 2022.

Yes.
New, unused tickets and AP certificates can be gifted or sold to others.
(How would they know the amount at which the AP was sold from person to person, anyway?)

What do you mean by it has been "activated and used?"

An "active" and "partially used" AP cannot be transferred (given or sold) to another person.

OK.... answers my question. It has been used to enter parks. No-go.

Why not cancel it and claim the refund still being offered? The refund will be made to the card used to purchase the AP.
