Annual Pass Renewal

We have annual passes which expire and need renewing whilst we are at WDW in a few weeks time. We have decided to get premium annual passes next time because they include DQ and water parks etc. Will we still get the reduced 'renewal' price for the PAP or will we have to pay full price as our old passes weren't premium?? Hope this makes sense!!

I don't know for sure but I would have thought you get the renewal rate.
