Yes, but you will have to go to Guest Services to activate your pass. They told us otherwise and I was not happy about having to stand in the long line to activate the renewals. When I renewed them online the year before I didn't have to do anything.
I renewed mine on line last time and had to go to the park and activate it, my card had an expiration date on it. I've just renewed my new one on line but won't be back until March. It shows as active on MDE but my card does have an expiration date on it so I'm assuming I'll still have to stop by a gate or GS to get a new one. I went to a ticket window at Epcot the first time I renewed, there were no lines and it took about 5 min. We have picked up my son's military passes at the IG at Epcot and there wasn't a line there either.
I was actually surprised I didn't need to activate.. I switched to florida resident renewal price and to monthly billing.. never needed to activate. I'm actually about to go activate to claim they need to give me an extra month now.
