Annual pass rates

Hi guys

Could anyone please give me the rates at disneyland hotel premium view for November 4th- November 8th? Currently showing at $433 excl tax.

We have existing reservation trying to weigh up if I purchased an annual pass would it be worth it.

Thank you very much if I may ask would they apply the discount to my existing reservation if that is my first day in parks? Our reservation will be paid in full on arrival.
