Does anyone have an idea as to when the annual pass rates will be extended past 6/6? I am looking for Sat. 6/20 at SSR, is this even possible? We are 1st time AP holders:confused3 Thanks!

we won't know if there will be AP rates for any given dates till they release them--we're waiting for 6/16-6/23 but looks like they may or may not have them we probably won't know till april or may. they SKIPPED a couple weeks in April where there are no AP rates at all, and then there are other dates where some resorts have AP rates Sun-Thur but none on Fri, Sat nights. That stinks. Its become less and less worth getting the AP for those of us who get it because with the AP and the AP rates we can make multiple trips in a year-- but with the AP room discounts seemingly decreasing both in amount and availability i know that we probably will NOT be getting an AP next time around and despite that we're within driving distance (8 hours and a little) and have in past years made 2-4 trips a year, we may not even do a disney trip in 2010. We've several times in the past added last minute trips because we could grab some really good AP rates and of course with what felt like "zero" cost to get in the park for the 'extra' trips, we'd pack up the car and go.

Historically it has been early May but this year you never know.

If that is your set date then go ahead and book without the discount. If one comes you can have them attempt to apply it to your current booking. I say attempt because there is no guarantee that they will have a room available for your dates at your current resort since they allocate only a certain number of rooms per promo.

we're with you on that one. It's been a while since an AP rate "worked" in our favor. That's the reason we booked our usual "late" August trip for "early" August this year, don't think we'll be renewing our passes this time. We're in NJ, and the room discount often made it worth our while to make a trip down, but not lately.:sad2:
