Annual pass questions

I am considering purchasing an annual pass for my next trip and have some questions. I know you receive a voucher that you will need to activate at Guest Relations in the parks. I will be staying onsite and have MDE, will the voucher be linked to my resort reservation and MDE? Will I get a magic band or will I have to use the annual pass card to get into the parks and the magic band to get into my room? I read that if new annual pass are not activated you do not get a magic band and I would prefer to have everything all linked to my magic band. Also will I still be able to make fast pass selections 60 days out?

As long as you link the voucher in MDE you'll be able to make fast pass selections at 60 days if your staying on site. You'll still get a magic band included in your resort package as well.

Everything will link through the band and you'll have park access with it once it's activated. You'll also be able to customize a second band when you get home because it comes with the pass.

When purchasing my AP, I've always been logged in under MDE and it always appears under my account automatically after purchased. I've never had to add anything to the account ticket wise or had to go to guest services on site with a voucher since MDE. I don't even print anything out after purchasing since it's already in MDE and thus linked to my magic bands.

I'm pretty sure that the AP vouchers get redeemed at the ticket booths, not Guest

You can redeem the vouchers at either location. But if you also want to buy a Tables in Wonderland card you must go to s guest relations booth. The ticket booths don't sell the TiW card.
