Annual Pass Questions

Ok so we want to book for our April trip and we are planning on purchasing annual passes. Now do we have to pay for the annual passes now when we book for the trip or do we still just pay the $200 deposit....any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks.


Also, does everyone in your party have to get the annual pass. I think for our children it would be more cost effective to buy them tickets for the number of days each trip as the AP price is the same for adults and kids....thoughts???

If you are booking a room only then you pay one night's stay as a deposit.

No. Everyone in your party does not have to have the same tickets unless booking a package. As for the kids tickets, you need to look at how many days you plan to be there and the cost of the tickets and factor in the increase in price if it may apply. You just have to run the numbers to see what works for your family. And consider the "but we already have tickets and there is an AP discount" trips. You don't *think* they will happen but they do.

If you are booking a package you need to order same tickets for everyone. If you only want one annual pass, you can upgrade your ticket when you get to Disney. You just pay the difference. This can be done at guest relations. I did mine at the downtown Disney location the night we arrived, but you can also do it at any park.
