Annual Pass Question?

We will be arriving on July 16, 2005 (Saturday) afternoon and I would like to purchase our annual passes some time that evening. I believe you can purchase annual passes at Downtown Disney at Customer Relations -is that correct? Does anyone know the hours of operation for this customer Realtions office?

After we purchase the annual pass I want to purchase the DDE card (which I have been told that they can prepare a letter for me to use during this trip) but I believe that office only operates Monday - Friday 9-5, that being the case I could call first thing Monday mornong ang they could prepare the letter.

Guest Relations at Downtown Disney has hours that can vary depending on season but generally are:

Marketplace Guest Relations Located next to Team Mickey
Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday

West Side Guest Relations Adjacent to Pleasure Island, near AMC Theaters
Hours: 9:30am to 11:45pm

If you are flying into Orlando, you can also buy your AP at the Earport shop in the main terminal. You get the activated AP there, no further stopping at Guest Relations required.

Remember that when you call DDE, you won't be able to pick up your letter until after 5:30 pm that day and only at the Epcot Guest Relations location.

I'm not sure that the confirmation letter can only be picked up at Epcot. I was looking at DDE site today and it only says letter can be sent to customer service for pickup. The way it is written makes it lok like it can be picked up at any customer service location but I have not seen any confirmation from recent quests that this is true.
