Annual Pass Question

Does anyone know which eateries you can use your AP at within WDW and what sort of discount is applied. We are just about to purchase our passes, but as we are staying onsite we thought it may be worth getting the one AP to see if there is any discount on the hotels.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a list of AP benefis here AP holders can now also purchase the Disney Dining Experience card for $50 which gives 20% discount at participating restaurants. This is a better deal if you will be spending a lot on food or drinks.

As an Annual Passholder you can purchase (for $50) the Disney Dining Experience card which entitles you to a 20% discount (including alcohol) at virtually all bars and full-service restaurants on WDW property. This is a much better benefit than the very restricted discounts available with the AP alone.

Thanks everyone that's really helpful. I think with the 4 of us, it would be worth purchasing one along with the $50 Disney Dining Experience. I would imagine you would save on the food and beverage alone.

Our travel dates are 25 December - 6 January. Does anyone have experience of AP rates being applied to the WDW hotels around this time, or is it unlikely for holiday periods? Although 1 January does move back into value rates!
