We're from Colorado and purchased annual passes for our honeymoon trip last December. About 2 months ago I THINK I threw them away because we weren't planning on another trip for a few more years.

Well, my husband surprised me tonight and mentioned he'd like to take me for my birthday this August! After I leave work tonight I'm going home and looking for those APs!!

If I can't find them, will Disney replace them? Can they do it over the phone since I live in Colorado? Any info would be great!

Thanks,
Michelle

I'm next to positive that they can look you up by name and address and give you new passes. All you should need is a driver's license. I'm gonna guess that they'll probably need to do that at the park so they can see you face to face.

Geoff,

I was thinking along those same lines, thanks for your quick reply!

Guess I'll call Disney tomorrow just to make sure.

Thanks,
Michelle

I was with a friend whose son lost his annual pass while in the parks. It was not a problem getting it replaced. As the other poster said, just bring id and they should have your name in the system to issue new ones.

Note to self: NEVER throw away your Annual Pass!!!

You never know when a surprise trip might come up.
