Annual Pass Question

My aunt who lives in LA wants to buy my girls and I annual passes for our birthdays. We live in Northern Ca. Can she purchase the Southern Ca passes for us, since she is the one purchasing them, or does she have to purchase the deluxe passes for us. Has anyone done this before? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Unfortunately, the SoCal AP's are valid only for Southern California residents living in zip codes 90000-93599. You'd have to get Deluxe passes.

I just want to add, if you are on a traditional school schedule. Kids are blocked out on most of the days they have off from school with the SoCal passes. It may be better not just get a Delux but even a Premium so they can make use of thier APs.

Just consider for the youngest one, since she is at the child rate for Parkhoppers that she will get value out of an AP.
