Annual Pass question?

So we are about to activate our annual passes this upcoming week on a wim... my question is don't you receive some sort of resort discount since we are passholders?? What are the benefits?? THANKS

Here is a site from mousesavers that gives historical release dates for discounts. http://www.mousesavers.com/historicalwdwdiscounts.html#codetrends. You probably will not get a discount for a next week trip. One of the benefits is you do not have to pay for parking if you use the lots. some of the restaurants will give a 10% discount. the ghiradellis chocolate factory is one of them. When you activate your pass the sleeve will have all kinds of information in it for you. We are taking as december trip and the the release date of the discounts was Aug. 13. we got a one bedroom villa at ssr. by that evening, there was very little to choose from for the passholders. when they are released you have ot jump on them. We also did a whim trip in March and activated our passes. we stayed off site in a hotel. Other than the free parking and a few restaraunts that gave a discount, we did not see a hole lot of perks for being passholders. As previous poster said go to the disney website and enter the pass information on the voucher and it will give you all the benefits.
