Annual Pass Pick Up

The Universal website isn't letting me select shipping for an annual pass purchase. It says ticket counter only. Are these in the hotels? Are they open all the time? I ask, because we will be getting in late, after parking closing, and want to hit EE the next day. I don't want to have to wait in line during those precious morning hours to get my son's AP, especially if I am already going to have to wait in line later to add VB to my annual pass. Thanks

Yes, you can pick up at the ticket counter in the hotels but they are only open during normal hours during the day. Sounds like you will have to go to the ticket counter outside the park.

It is open at least half an hour before EE and after the park closes.

I spoke with their customer service about this the other day and they said you can also do it at citywalk until 2 am.
