Annual Pass & Photo Pass

We have the Premier passes and I have tried loading the pass onto the Disneyland Land app for the Photo pass and it states that it is already loaded on another account. I do also have it loaded on my WDW My Disney Experience app, would that be what's causing the issue. Any suggestions on how to fix, or will I need to call Technical Support. TIA for any assistance.

I know this is probably obvious, but do you have more than one account for Disneyland.com by any chance?

Otherwise, I would call technical support because they're probably going to have to disassociate your AP from whatever account it is linked to and then re-associate it with your Disneyland.com account. In theory, you should be able to link it both with your Disneyland.com account and your WaltDisneyWorld.com account (I was able to do that), but the Disney websites are known to be glitchy.

I had the same problem and had to call them. We figured out I had 2 disneyland.com accounts with the same email address log-in. Have no idea how that could happen, shoddy coding?... Anyway, it was easy to fix and now I'm all set.

They've been trying to condense all the different Disney websites to use the same account; DisneyStore, Disney Movies Anywhere, Disney Movie Rewards, Disneyland, etc and I think sometimes one gets clobbered or splintered as they merge them.

Ditto, I found that registering the AP on the WDW site before the DL site caused the DL one to hiccup. A call to Disney IT fixed the issue.

I had the same problem, but just with my DL account and multiple emails. I called them, and got everything straightened out. It's nice now.
