Annual Pass Photo/Discount Question

I just upgraded to annual passes yesterday. The plan is to activate them 2/25 on our first park day after the princess half. Also, our vacation actually begins 2/23 with staying offsite. We will be getting married on 2/23 then doing Universal on the 2/24.

After we get married on the 23rd we are going to Paddlefish in Disney springs for dinner. Will we be able to use the 10% off from the AP or no because its not active? Same question with expo merchandise on the 23rd. For timing purchases we will need to activate them on 2/25 so if we can't get the discount we will just deal. I'm more concerned with photos from the half marathon. It is on 2/25 but we won't activate until later that day. Will we still get our half pics? That's probably the only thing that would make me activate early.

No; you need to have active APs.

Yes. Having an active AP provides you with downloads of all photos linked to your MDX account.

Yes. The AP perk is that any photos “sitting” in your MDX account become fully available for you to download.
