Does anyone know how long the wait times are on the annual pass holder line? I’ve been on hold for over an hour.

For what it’s worth I talked to a CM yesterday and she said the shortest wait times have been about 2 o’clock eastern time. I called about 9 o’clock central time last night and the wait was only about 10 minutes.

I waited over an hour and was on the phone with a CM for over 45 minutes with no resolution. I am just going to wait until i get to the parks in September to speak to someone in person.

My issue was : I bought Platinum APs for Myself, my adult daughter and my husband in December 2018. In May of 2019 we bought DVC and in December 2019 I renewed to GOLD AP for all three of us. My daughter activated hers in January 2020 but our 2020 trip got canceled and so my husband and I have not activated ours. We still have a "renewal certificate" on our accounts that expire 2030.

The CM said we still had December 2020 expiration - ummm I don't think so since Disney closed the parks and my trip was canceled?? I really don't think she (the CM) was not understanding my concerns or just didn't know. I am okay waiting to find out for sure IN PERSON in September. So I am not wasting all that time again on the phone.
