Annual Pass from the UK

Hi all,
Just trying to book an annual pass from the UK before we travel, have done it before but this time I keep gettng an error saying it is not allowed due to my billing address.
Just wondering if anyone knows why / how to get around this?

I would try calling and purchasing it over the phone (call the US number, not the UK one). I had trouble a couple of months ago, and the CM told me that the online system isn't always friendly to foreign cards and addresses.
