Annual pass extension

Has anyone ever heard of Disney ever extending the expiration of an annual pass?
I have an annual pass I got in May because I used it for that trip and then intended to use it for jan. Trip , but now I had a accident at work and can't travel. Broke neck ,going to be ok eventually. Probably won't travel till next jan would they ever do anything for me letting me use pass next year . Who could I call or email . Thanks
