Annual Pass Discount

My boyfriend and I live in the same house and have never had problems getting an annual pass even though we are not "officially" related. The first time we got him the AP he did not have his drivers license changed to our address yet. He just brought a bill or some kind of paper that showed his address was the same as mine. It really was no issue at all.
