One per room. However, it has been sporadically reported here that if a family has enough children to necessitate more than one room, Loews has bent the rules and allowed a family to have two rooms on one pass. Doesn't happen often, but it has happened.

Nope, you are never assured that there will be discounts during a particular time of year. The best discounts are during the slowest part of the year. Other times, there may or may not be discounts offered. But, unfortunately, a PAP discount is not guaranteed.

Absolutely! Blackouts during the most popular travel times of the year are common. Most of March never has discounts because of spring break. The week between Christmas and New Years never has discounts. Thanksgiving usually doesn't . And many other times of year that are popular for travel often see blackouts.
HHN often falls into that category
The best discounts are usually during the slowest part of the year, with no discounts often during the busiest times of the year.

If they were to do any kind of discount for HHN, as RyGuy stated, you would probably not see it till right before the time period. Probably late August, early September. It always pays to keep checking though, because as the time of one's vacation nears, often more and more discounts come out.
For instance, we went in July. When I booked there were no AP discounts. Then the AP discount was $274 / night for a deluxe at PBH. Then just a few weeks before we left, the rate dropped to $229 / night. So keep checking your dates and rates. Usually on a daily basis as you get nearer - as sometimes rates are sold out one day, but available the next day due to cancellations.
Also, keep in touch on this board. If there is something great - like the stay 3 days, get 1 free that they are now offering for mid August through early October - the good people on these boards usually post that rate.
